Compliance Assessment

We want to understand your business and the people that make it work. A visit would be made to discuss how you operate and what activities are undertaken. Coupled with a walk around of the site and after meeting with your team, we will produce a compliance report that will act as your action plan going forward. We can manage this action plan for you or simply leave this for you to manage if you feel this is the best approach for you. Obviously we are only a phone call away if you require support.

We have a number of clear stages

Stage 1 - Compliance Assessment Visit

A FREE Initial Assessment and quick presentation to your management team if agreed, will be carried out. A summary sheet will be forwarded to you outlining what we feel is the state of play within your business and where potential issues are located.

Stage 2 - Creation of an Action Plan
If you feel that we can provide a useful resource to your company, a detailed assessment will be arranged. This will involve key members of your team and allows an Action Plan to be developed for all parties to work to going forward.

Stage 3 - This is dependent upon the help required. This may be:

• Further specialised Assessments / surveys
• Document Preparation
• Delivery of Training Courses
• Ongoing Audits / Support
